Is it really so hard to get your won email address to do online banking?   From the sound of this email, the Emily needs to physically mail something to activate the account.   That's not going to happen now.   I emailed customer support buy no response yet.

Hulu

I didn't realize an account was opened by a 13 year old for my email address until I was notified of a change in Hulu terms.   I reset the password and closed the account.
